Camogli at a glance
Camogli lies on the Golfo Paradiso, on the other side of the headland from Portofino. It has a railway station and its own harbour, and it is the usual starting point for the sea link to San Fruttuoso. The boat is the main reason many visitors come.
The station is called Camogli-S. Fruttuoso, but it is not in the abbey bay. To reach the bay you take the boat or walk, and the old walking route from Camogli is closed in 2026.

Camogli to San Fruttuoso and Punta Chiappa
What each stop offers.
San Fruttuoso has an abbey on a small bay, with an entry of €10 in 2026. There is no road to it. The full story is in the San Fruttuoso guide.
Punta Chiappa is a rocky point on the headland. It is also the end of the park trail from San Rocco. See the Portofino hiking guide if you want to walk down and return by boat.

Sagra del Pesce
The town's fish festival.
The 74th Sagra del Pesce took place from 8 to 10 May 2026. For the 2027 date, check the municipality's announcement in spring. The festival is a good reason to visit in May, but the town and the boats stay worth a trip without it.
